Situated in North Preston this social care group are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant with basic Payroll experience to join their already established finance team. This is a permanent opportunity with the potential for progression. Your New Job
You will be responsible for a range of duties as Accounts Assistant including; posting journals, accruals and prepayments manging the business purchase Ledger, and external invoicing. As the companies Accounts Assistant you will be working directly with the Finance Manager and will assist with Forecasting and projections for the business in addition to some additional duties including Payroll admin for the group and assisting with some office management responsibilities whilst managing the financial data through the groups bespoke systems.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant, and will have experience of working in a similar role and have a clear understanding of the above listed duties. You will have excellent technical skills including a confident use of Excel. You will be a professional, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, able to follow clear instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Your Future As The Successful Candidate
You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000 per annum, with 28days holiday. Benefits include, Pension, Parking on site and extensive training and development opportunities.
