We are assisting our client a £30M Contract Research organisation with the recruitment of a Finance partner for the Managing Director.
This is essentially a business partnering role , without the burden of monthly financial reporting.
So this role would suit someone looking to analyse and work with the numbers and advise management, rather than be involved in the monthly routine of preparing them.
Whilst you will liaise with the central accounts team, this will be for information gathering and presenting and interpreting the information with the Managing Director, helping him to have a closer control of the business and improve its performance.
The role would suit a qualified accountant with strong communication skills and perhaps someone from an FP&A or similar background,
