Audit Manager Role, 4 Partner Firm, Central London
Your new company
My client is a Firm of Chartered Accountants based in a highly attractive and accessible part of Central London. This family-feel firm offer a range of services to their clients including accounting, audit and taxation. The firm have long-lasting relationships with a diverse client base from various industries, such as Property, Construction, Financial Services, Charities and more.
Your new role
In your new role as Audit Manager, you will be responsible for the firm's audit function, reporting into the Partner. You will be running a team of approximately 12 people and will be required to manage the audit process from planning to completion. You will be reviewing all work for juniors. There is flexibility to get involved in other work, including accounts and tax. This is an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have recent experience working for a firm of Chartered Accountants. You will be confident in managing audits and staff, as well as reviewing their work. You will have experience working with a varied client base and have a strong managerial background. You will have excellent IT skills and be confident using a range of accounting software.
