The key responsibilities for the Finance Assistant are:
- Process supplier invoices & Payments
- Ensure supplier authorisation procedures are followed
- Lead on supplier payment runs, reconciling supplier accounts
- Maintaining purchase order system
- Bank and supplier reconciliations
- Experience working in Financial Services
