Finance Business Partner

This profitable FTSE 250 Facilities Management group specialises in the planning, installation & management of real estate, ensuring buildings and related facilities are smarter, greener, safer & operating efficiently. Enjoying double-digit growth in recent years, the business has ambitious plans to capitalise on this success. Due to a business transformation and change process, a 6-month interim contract exists for a qualified accountant to undertake a Finance Business Partner role. Supporting a Divisional Finance Director and business partnering Heads of internal functions on profitability, working capital management and bid delivery, your broad and varied brief includes:

•Acting as a Finance Business Partner to senior management on budget & forecast preparation
•Supporting the identification, review & financial appraisal of sales pipeline
•Financial analysis & presentation of information to support decision making
•Supporting senior management in driving business performance
•Developing & reporting on relevant Key Performance Indicators
•Challenging divisional financial performance & business plans
•Working with Finance Shared Services to complete monthly management accounts, monthly accrued & deferred income reporting, efficient billing, payroll & working capital improvements
•Supporting operations teams on cost management of client contracts

As a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with proven business partnering experience with key stakeholders, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting and financial analysis skills gained ideally within a Construction, Facilities Management or Contract environment, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with strong Excel skills. The role demands excellent interpersonal and influencing ability, alongside the gravitas to challenge to status quo, and add value to the business. Immediate start available.
