To support this, the organisation are looking to recruit a strong Financial Controller who will be instrumental in driving the development of new processes, systems and controls throughout the organisation.

Reporting to the Managing Director and establishing themselves as a valued member of the Management Team, the appointed candidate will be responsible for providing high quality management information, ensuring the financial systems and processes are operating at their maximum potential and working closely with the operational teams to drive efficiency.

They will take full responsibility for all financial reporting and management accounting, ownership for managing external audit processes, and will be the point of contact between the organisation and external parties.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who possesses soft interpersonal skills and a hands on ‘roll sleeves up’ attitude. They must demonstrate a high degree of commercial acumen and operational experience, and have prior experience working within a relevant sector i.e. technology software or a B2B environment.
