Management Accountant

Management Accountant, £40,000, Darlington

Your new company
A privately owned business, who have grown significantly over the last 2 years and are now looking to appoint a Head of Finance.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all aspects of accounts for the company and for managing the small, but established, finance team. You will be responsible for all aspects of the monthly management accounts, including the P&L, Balance Sheet, all month end reconciliations and the cash flow forecasting. You will also be instrumental in implementing clear budgetary control processes and meaningful management information to the Board.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant, who has experience of managing a finance department. You will already have held a decision making position and crucially will have experience of interpreting and utilising the financial data to assist with commercial decision making and ultimately the profitability of the company.
