The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a fast-growth, e-commerce business based in the West End of London. The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will report to the Director of Business Planning / Analytics and will initially be employed on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (although it is highly likely that the role will become permanent thereafter). Duties include;
- Leading the financial planning and forecasting process at a global and regional level
- Forecasting ownership for the full P&L from consumer demand metrics, through to fulfillment, marketing spend and headcount
- Owning the preparation of the 3-5 year business planning model with a key focus on improving long term profitability
- Be the key financial modelling and analysis expert to deliver insight and ROI analysis to shape the business strategic decisions and investments
- Business Partner to the Commercial Director to help the business understand the margin impact of brand contributions and promotions on sales profitability
- Challenge business assumptions and ideals, using analytical review and available insight
- Managerial responsibility
This Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role is exceptionally commercially focused covering all aspects of FP&A and requires an ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified. The successful candidate will have significant post-qualification experience gained in a fast-moving consumer focussed and / or e-commerce environment. They will possess a high degree of financial modelling, planning and forecasting experience and have the ability to proactively conduct analysis and generate insights tat the business can interpret.
