My client is a large and complex NHS organisation who is looking to recruit a new commercial finance manager into their Finance team
You will be joining at an exciting time of change and integration which will provide exciting new challenges and opportunities in the future
Key responsibilities include:
- To provide long and medium term strategic and operational management advice to Trust and wider senior team and to provide financial leadership to all
- To provide expert accounting and business knowledge, analytical support and clear presentation of financial and business information to clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
- To constructively and positively challenge all aspects of financial and business performance and productivity, including benchmarking data analysis and continued efficiency and improvement savings (CIP).
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and Finance Director you will be proactive, flexible, confident and highly motivated to deliver the finance teams objectives and provide a joined up approach to all finance matters
Experience of working at a very senior level will be essential in applying for this role. Previous NHS experience is desirable but not essential
