Your new role
Your Financial Controller role is a key senior member of the growing UK team which is forecasted to continue developing its development portfolio. Taking on a number 2 in finance role and leading 3 Controllers within the local team you'll be tasked with responsibility of producing investor reports, including working with the construction and development teams to produce ongoing analysis of the project performance, alongside managing and reviewing work of the outsourced third parties responsible for financial reporting at the transactional level. Due to the increased activity, financial due diligence and investment appraisals of new projects will also form part of your work.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong academics and be ACA qualified completed whilst at an accountancy practice. After taking a move out of practice, you will now have experience of working within the construction and property industry with experience of fundamental financial and management reporting. In addition, a good interest and understanding of the real estate market will support your ability to provide strategic insights and an understanding when it comes to working with the commercial teams. Strong Excel modelling capabilities will be required on a daily basis, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this high calibre environment.
