Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll have full financial responsibility leading the team of 5 covering global operations. This will include maintaining relationships with the senior leadership team, alongside business partnering with the technology development teams and commercial operations to drive efficiencies. Budgeting, forecasting, statutory and management reporting and tax make up this really well rounded Financial Controller job.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification, and experience of working in a small to medium sized business to comprehend the full reporting process. You'll also have experience at Financial Controller level, and the interpersonal skills to communicate with non finance colleagues and management on a day to day basis. If you have experience in the tech industry or within a SaaS business to understand technology development and the software market, it would be a big advantage but not essential.
