They are now looking for a strong candidate with relevant experience to join their Billings and Contracts team in Leeds. Their offices are based on the south side of Leeds City Centre so they are ideally located for candidates from Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford, and the West Yorkshire region.
THE JOB:
The Billings and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely release of customer invoices to facilitate the revenue & payment collection process.
Main Duties will include:
- Researches and creates credits and rebills to ensure accurate billing
- Corrects pricing and account data to ensure accurate future billing
- Reviewing billing and exception reports (sanity checkers) to ensure data integrity
- Strong communication with internal customers to ensure accurate provision of information
- Analyses billing trends and investigates possible issues
- Special projects to ensure cleanliness of data
- Review and streamline existing processes
- Additional duties as and when required to benefit the business
THE PERSON:
- Numerate & organised with an eye for detail
- Ability to recognise and recommend improvement to processes
- Good people skills with the ability to build up relationships both internally and externally
- Effective listening skills along with excellent communication abilities
- Proven ability to multi-task proficiently in a fast paced and performance driven environment
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications & other software including customer relationship management tools
- Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics and salesforce an advantage
