Our client is a extremely fast paced retailer looking for a very high calibre Finance Analyst in Central London. They have just embarked on a large recruitment campaign to support their incredibly fast growth which is due to securing deals with some of the biggest names in the retail world. This newly created role offers strong progression through the business and the chance to work with an inspirational team in driving performance across the group. 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Business Partner with teams throughout the business to support in delivering and putting into action Global business trading plans.
• Develop and take ownership of financial modelling & reporting to support and add value in key decision making to ensure overall efficiency and profitability.
• Drive process improvements and participate in existing reporting enhancements with the mindset of continuous improvement.
• Support commercial initiatives with robust financial analysis.
• Analyze results, identify opportunities and exploit trends.
• Support ad hoc requests and projects as they arise.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant

Salary, Benefits & Duration:

Salary: Around £45,000 - £50,000 + shares + bonus + benefits
Duration: Permanent
