Credit Operations Manager

Axon Moore is currently working in exclusive partnership with a market leading, household name business to recruit a Credit Operations professional to manage a large and well established national credit function.

Applicants must have a proven track record developing and creating large credit control departments, including process implementation, recruitment and systems design.

You must be experienced in the management of large teams and be confident dealing with board members. The role will involve extensive project work including systems development, aged debt reduction, cash collection and liaising with operational staff to improve efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build relationships with senior sales staff. You will also have a proven ability to succeed in a challenging high volume, multi-site environment.
