Accountancy Coach, Central London – up to £45,000 plus benefits
An accountancy coach position has opened up with a company providing apprenticeships to young people. This position is perfect for an accountant looking for a new challenge and a change of career path. The selected candidate will be responsible for a cohort of apprentices undertaking their AAT qualifications, whilst also creating and reviewing the teaching content and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key meetings with colleagues to plan for the long term growth of the company
- Team management
- Inspiring and teaching the next generation of young leaders
- Using experience and knowledge to provide real life examples to the teaching content and concepts
- 1-2-1 mentoring sessions with your apprentices to review progress and identify areas that need to be improved
- Administrative duties surrounding the curriculum and constantly evaluating the content and it’s worth in the course
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant who is able to deliver teaching up to AAT Level 4
- Enthusiastic wit clear communication and presentation skills
- Can plan, deliver and evaluate quality learning and development programmes
- Can deliver stimulating applied learning sessions, developing SMART targets with the apprentices and exchanging rich, constructive feedback
- Can provide guidance, support and encouragement. Harnessing your experience to support young people who are kick starting their careers
- Highly organised
