Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an interim Financial Controller - 3 monthsThe company: is a well know retail/wholesale business.
The role: will be a 3 month contract to take early responsibility for the day to day accounting operations. Manage the finance team with responsibility for all financial ledgers, standard costs, project costs and procedures. Improve budget information, forecasts, cash flow forecasts and working capital. Assist with the consolidated management accounts pack. Supporting the FD up to and through the year end processes and assist with a number of projects.
The person: A graduate qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 3 years previous experience in a similar role. Ideally with a retail, wholesale background someone who can come in and roll their 'shirt sleeves' up and hit the ground running . Comfortable getting involved
Manage and mentor a small team to achieve their goals and targets adding value and best practices through the finance dept.
