Job Description

The key responsibilities within this Financial Controller vacancy extend to, but are not limited to:

• Providing financial accounting and control for the business
• Overseeing all of the accounting and providing timely monthly financial reports to group personnel
• Reconciling all bank accounts and intercompany balances
• Improving the quality and content of information provided by the accounting system
• Variance analysis on all financial activity and historical trends
• Preparing the UK Statutory accounts for audit
• Ad-hoc additional project work as required
• Management of a small team

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this position will be:

• A qualified accountant (CIMA,ACCA,ACA) with a significant amount of post qualified experience
• Strong on Excel with excellent analytical skills
• An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and liaise with other areas of the wider group
• Possessing broad systems knowledge
