Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Sales Ledger/Reconciliations Assistant This role can be hired temporary to permanent or on a contract part time basis.
The company:- is a rapidly growing services business, based in North (central London). The company have recently made acquisitions and due to this growth this new role is being recruited.
The Role:- will include volume sales ledger reconciliations, cash posting procedures,
aged debtor reporting, cash forecasts based on actual debtors and assisting with sales forecasts on a weekly basis. Assist with credit control procedures highlighting aged debt and potential risk. Assisting the financial controller with a number of ad hoc projects.
The person:- ideally the successful candidate will have an all round accounts background in ledger controls, comfortable working in a high volume reconciliations environment and can hit the ground running. Ideally looking for a permanent full time role however, as this is an urgent requirement, contract or part time/flexi time will be an option.
A clear and confident communicator, with strong excel/word skills desirable.
