Seeking a Project Finance Analyst to join a global Real Estate company on a interim basis immediately. Must be able to;
* Have strong technical and commercial understanding
* Support preparation, review and filing of statutory and regulatory reporting requirement for the unit
* Contribute to internal and external audit activities as directed by Group and unit CFO
* Business partnering and being able to explain complex issues to stakeholders and clients
* Support in monthly controllership activities, financial planning and forecasting
*Identification and management of business case risks and issues
Requirements:
* ACA or CA or CPA - fully qualified
* Big 4 qualified
* Qualified in the top 10 Audit firm
* Fluent in English
* Effective critical thinking and analytical skills, with proven ability to simplify complicated matters
