Axon Moore is representing a market leading Consumer services and retail business on their search for a Finance Manager.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the business is looking for a technical accountant to help drive their major transformation across all their business units. The company is set to continue its solid growth plans, diversifying the way they operate in order to gain a commercial advantage against their competitors. You will have the opportunity to lead a strong team who can aid your technical accounting and develop your management skills.
A role based in the heart of Manchester working from the Head Office means that you will get exposure to each of their complex business operations with a specific focus on their most lucrative of their consumer service divisions.
You will be at an advantage with a background of managing a small team; just as important are your ‘Soft’ skills. Your ability to combine your technical accounting and personality will allow you to excel in the role and influence senior management in your financial reporting transformation concepts.
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a dynamic edge and a keen desire to drive business change and growth. Technical accounting combined with a background in people management will form some of your significant achievements.
