Axon Moore have been retained by an international, multi-site business services organisation providing digital marketing and communications solutions for a high-profile, brand-named client base.
Reporting to the CFO this role is an outstanding opportunity to shape and influence at the very highest level within the Group.
With a sizeable team (c40 staff), the Director of Group Finance will be a pivotal support to the CFO and responsible for:
The successful candidate will be a technically strong finance professional who possesses the gravitas and credibility to build relationships across the business and operate effectively at Board level.
You must also be an effective manager, someone who can develop and transform a finance function with the objective of delivering a best in class approach and outstanding service to internal “customers”.
Given the multi-site nature of the Group this position can be based in the Yorkshire region or London and would suit an experienced and ambitious finance professional within industry or an Audit Director level candidate moving directly from the profession.

- All Group financial reporting including monthly consolidations and production of half year and full year published accounts
- Group Tax and Treasury matters
- Transaction processing for all Group companies via Transaction Shared Service Centre
- Group Admin and Payroll
- Group internal controls, procedures and technical accounting matters
- DB Pension Scheme Management
