Management Accountant

A new Management Accountant position with fast track career progression within our globally recognised FMCG client has become available. This industry leading business based near Gatwick are in the midst of a rapid growth spurt and seek an ambitious recently Qualified Accountant to mould into their leadership team to add value and influential direction to their exciting plans. This is a great opportunity to project your business partnering and analytical ability into a heavily commercial, project based role where you will gain fantastic exposure across a diverse corporate structure. You must either be Qualified or at Finalist Level (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent) with demonstrable managerial skills and strong business acumen to apply. Your will include:

• Producing group monthly accounts to Senior Management
• Posting journals (accruals and prepayments)
• Producing month performance reports
• Attending monthly financial meetings and presenting management reporting data
• Project analysis
• Produce budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Identify cost reduction
• Apply governance and control
• Provide business partnering skills and commercial support

It is important we see the following attributes on your profile:

• Minimum finalist Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent)
• UK GAAP
• Management accounting experience
• Project management
• Steady career to date with demonstrable personal growth
• Good IT and financial systems knowledge
