Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large NHS organisation in Lancashire, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant into the team. The role itself will initially be for 3 months, with a strong possibility of an extension.
Role:
- To provide support for month ends duties
- Responsible for assisting budgeting, monitoring and forecasting expenditure
- Provide advice with budget holders and with non-financial staff regarding efficiency savings
- Accountable for the preparation of reporting month end position to date
- Responsible for analysing variances and preparing business cases
- Ad-hoc project work within management accounts
Person:
- NHS experience would be an advantage
- Hold advanced system skills - including MS Excel
