Corporate Insolvency Executive opportunity within a leading Mid-Market Corporate Advisory Practice offering exposure to a variety of formal insolvency cases and advisory projects and long term career progression.

This national Corporate Advisory Practice is the leading advisor to distressed and highly stressed Mid-Market businesses. The practice has offices in all major cities and UK regions and provides SME and Mid-Market businesses with Corporate Insolvency & Recovery, Turnaround & Debt Restructuring and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Insolvency professional within the firms Manchester office. Joining the practice as a Corporate Insolvency Executive you will manage a case load of Administrations, handling cases from initial instruction through trading, turnaround and accelerated M&A / sale processes.

You can expect to develop your experience across a wider range of insolvency and advisory projects before progressing to Manager level. Opportunities to broaden your experience and continually develop your knowledge and qualifications will enable you to progress your career as far as Director / IP longer term.

As a Corporate Insolvency Executive your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a case load of Administrations (Trading, Pre-Packaged) and some Liquidations
• Handling statutory reporting requirements and all other daily tasks on cases as required
• Supporting Directors with Accelerated M&A / Sale processes in relation to Trading Administrations
• Assisting with other advisory projects including business reviews and pre-insolvency advisory work

THE PERSON

You will be a Corporate Insolvency Administrator able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience of Corporate Insolvency cases, particularly Administrations (c.4-5 yrs)
• CPI Qualified or alternatively either AAT Qualified or ACCA Part-Qualified
• A desire to develop your experience within corporate insolvency and advisory work and progress to Manager and beyond within a leading Corporate Recovery practice.
