I am looking for a CFO to join a Private Equity backed SaaS business in London. They are looking for someone to come in and develop the finance function and get the business ready for further fundraising round in the next 12 months.
You will be working very closely with the CEO and the Private Equity investors to drive the business towards the fundraise, be the lead contact for the advisors and the banks in that process and also lead the acquisition of new sites to grow the business.
You will be able to lead an exit process so good communication skills, presentable and a good commercial mindset.

- Software / SaaS / Technology or recurring revenue model business
- You will have previously gone through a sale/exit process
- You will be either ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
Private Equity / leverage experience is essential
