Finance Manager

Our client, a highly successful and commercial automotive business based in Bradford is looking to recruit a new Finance Manager to strengthen the existing leadership team of a business in growth. Your new role
Reporting into the FD, you will lead and manage the Finance team to ensure continued success. With a small reporting team and a sizeable transactional team, you will ensure the basic accounts function and reconciliations run effectively in order for your reporting team to produce timely and informative management and statutory accounts. Inheriting a strong team, you will work with supervisors to develop processes to drive the continual improvement of the department.

What you'll need to succeed
A qualified or qualified by experience candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading high performing finance teams. Technically strong, you will also have a passion for insightful commercial information and working with other stakeholders to drive the business forward. Whilst flexible on accounting system knowledge, advanced Excel is essential.
