I am working with a Private Equity house that are looking at a SaaS business and looking to bring in a CFO to help take them through the Due Diligence process, gain the private equity backing and then build a proper finance function to help the business more than double the EBITDA position.
As the CFO you will be responsible for the finance function as a whole, putting in the processes, procedures and controls in place to grow the business, providing the management information to the board and Private Equity house. The business is internationally and will have the chance to travel to the different offices.

- Will have extensive knowledge in the SaaS/ Software industry
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
