SF Group are recruiting an exciting Business Partner position on a permanent basis in the Warwick area. This is an fantastic varied role and suited to a newly qualified accountant. The successful applicant will lead, manage and control the production of robust and reliable management and statutory accounts and ensure that they remain relevant in a changing business environment.

Reporting to a Finance Business Partner the role will include the following duties:-
Job Description
- Co ordinate, analyse and control the production of accurate management and statutory accounts in accordance with SLAs, to meet regulatory and corporate governance requirements, enabling business decisions to be made, planning to be carried out and performance to be monitored.
- Lead, manage and develop direct reports to ensure that they know what is expected of them in order to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their full potential.
- Advise and influence on financial controls, process improvements and good practice, to maintain the integrity of the reporting cycle and improve the quality, value and efficiency of output in keeping with Finance's strong Risk and Control framework.
- Anticipate, plan and prepare for regulatory and business developments to ensure controls remain effective and the relevance of procedures and the continuity of the reporting cycle is maintained.
- Identify, investigate and lead the efficient resolution of queries, issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction, mitigate re-occurrences and improve capability of the team.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies, auditors and all levels of internal business stakeholders, to ensure the effective delivery of objectives.
- Deliver short term/one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with line manager.
You must hold:
A minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grades A - C, including Maths and English.
A recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
Excellent IT skills to include strong Excel and an appreciation of Access, Word and Powerpoint.
