Purchase Ledger Supervisor - Team leader - Kings Lynn - £25-£30k Pro Rata - Financial control - 6 Months

A large construction related company are looking for an accounts team leader to join their busy team in Kings Lynn

Your new role
Reporting in to the accounting manager, you will be responsible for motivating and driving the accounts team to meet deadlines and help with the development of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have relevant experience in managing a team. Be motivational and a natural leader and be able to make key decisions. you must have worked in a similar role perhaps managing a team of accounts assistants or a credit control AP or AR team. you will also need:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Planning/organisational skills and ability to set and manage priorities with minimum supervision
• The ability to make decisions based on standard procedures/policy using experience and judgement
• Experience of coaching, mentoring, developing and motivating individuals
• Experience of financial systems and processes
• Numerate with ability to interrogate, analyse and present data
• Effective relationship builder
• Ability to work and manage time under pressure
