Marks Sattin are pleased to be partnering with an expanding property development business in the search for an investment analyst. the role is primarily focused around land acquisition and performing the investment appraisals and modelling duties around each deal.
My client is ideally looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years experience within a BIG 4 transnational team or q boutique corporate finance advisory firm.
The duties of the role will include,
- Taking ownership of the financial appraisal process
- Liaising with operational teams & reviewing project development
- Assisting with AD HOC analysis
- Taking full ownership of the forecasting procedures
- preparing quarterly financial performance reports for investors
The required qualifications and achievements are,
- Chartered Accountant (ACA)
- Trained within a BIG 4 audit or corporate finance team
- exceptional communication skills
- strong financial modelling skills
- a background within the Real Estate sector is beneficial but nor essential
