Management Accountant

The SF Group is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for a Manufacturing company in North Derbyshire. This role will report directly into the Group Financial Controller, and is a fantastic opportunity with career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responsibility for overseeing the production of accurate monthly management accounts
- Production of Bills of Material and ensuring the costing of the company's products are accurate
- Preparation of monthly reports with commentaries and analysis
- Ensure all Financial transactions in SAP are correct through the various different system flows
- Assist with the preparation of both Internal and External Audit data - liaising with different auditors to assist with questions
- Take the leading role in the production of a Full Company budget
- Prepare regular forecasts for the company
- Ad Hoc reporting, assisting both the local and Foreign business queries
- A variety of analysis, reporting and liaising with various stakeholders to improve company performance

You will have previous experience in a Management Accountant role within a Manufacturing Environment. You must be a Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) Accountant with good problem solving skills, with the ability to communicate Financial information to professional accountants, and colleagues who may lack financial training. A good working knowledge of SAP system would be advantageous, and an appreciation of accuracy is of paramount importance.
