An Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Director is now required to join a business in the West Midlands for an initial term of six months.

Description
As the Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Director, you will play a critical part in the reviewing, planning and implementing an effective model to provide insightful management information to support effective decision making.
As the Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Director, you will work closely with the board and be responsible for developing effective cross functional relationships across the wider business.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Developing and producing effective performance reporting across the business
- Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Deigning and implementing an effective dashboard
- Providing comprehensive financial analysis and commentary to key stakeholders
- Financial modelling and business cases
Profile
- A Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- A proven track record of working in large and complex businesses
- Strong system skills including Excel
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- A track record of driving performance and change
