We are looking for a CFO to join a private equity backed software business based in Germany. The business has doubled their EBITDA in the last year and will be looking to successful exit in the three years.
The CFO will be expected to increase efficiency in controls, processes and systems. The role will require the CFO to work commercially and be strategic in decision making. There will be a need to work with the PE house and Board to ensure that the future plan will be implemented.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous PE experience
- Software/SaaS experience in a previous role
- Have previously taken a company through an exit
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
