Payroll Administrator - £22000
Your new company
Your new company offers a wide range of accountancy and umbrella services for contractors. They are a growing company who work with some of the largest agencies in the UK and require a Payroll Administration to join their friendly team based in Broadheath, Altrincham.
Your new role
Your role will entail understanding the elements of a payslip including Umbrella income to employment income and derogation, PBA, holiday pay, commission, all deductions types and if they are pre or post tax. You will be raising invoices from remittances; assessing PAYE and National Insurance deductions, P45/P46 information correctly input and disclosed and; ensuring all invoices in the sales ledger are paid by the agency in accordance with their terms and that they do not become overdue.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have some experience working in Payroll, have excellent customer service rapport and be able to deal with any enquiries in a courteous, professional and efficient manner. You will have strong administration skills, be able to work on your own initiative and also adopt a team based approach with colleagues to deliver success through supporting others and the wider business aims and be able to work to daily, weekly and monthly deadlines and KPIs.
