Group Management Accountant

Group Management Accountant - Cheshunt - £50-55k (6 month fixed term contract)

Our client, one of the largest recruitment groups in the UK, are looking to employ a new Group Management Accountant on a 6 month fixed term contract. This opportunity will suit a fast paced individual who enjoys the comradery found in a recruitment environment. As well as suiting the culture you must be a qualified accountant with 2 years' experience with management accounts.

Responsibilities include:

* Production of the weekly analysis and production of Gross Margin Reports
* Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and associated management information (including statistical data such as balance sheet reconciliations)
* Responsibility for reconciling the intercompany accounts
* Ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory issues
* Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* Preparation of information for auditors and any other external reviewers
* Ensuring integrity of sales, purchase and nominal ledger

Skills required:

* Qualified Accountant (CIMA,ACCA or ACA)
* Two years Qualified Experience
* Experience within recruitment (Beneficial)
* Advanced Excel (Vlookup's/Pivots)
