You will be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team and will have excellent written, verbal and IT skills including the regular use of MS Excel. Applicants must have strong mathematical skills and possess a high level of attention to detail. My client is looking to consider a range of applicants including applicants looking to study towards the AAT qualification. - Processing supplier invoices on to the purchase ledger
- Dealing with supplier requests for payment and supplier queries
- Filing and scanning supplier invoices and expenses with receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Any other duties as required by the Finance department
