Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner| Surrey | Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Additional Benefits

The Finance Business Partner will enjoy significant exposure to a number of multi faceted operational teams, wider finance teams and senior leaders. The role holder will be primarily responsible for providing best in class commercial analysis whilst identifying trends that highlight both the risks and growth opportunities facing the business.

Main duties:

• Supporting and influencing senior leaders via the provision of commercially astute business cases
• Identifying and implementing new KPIs
• Developing a detailed understanding of business drivers
• Financial analysis and assessment of strategic options including M&A activity and improving existing pricing structures
• Working with financial planning teams to set efficient budgeting and forecasting processes
• Planning and managing commercial projects

Experience required:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Previous large company experience
• Proven finance business partnering experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills - the role requires interaction across all operational functions of the business both financial and non-financial
• Comfortable in challenging stakeholders and operating within an environment of change
