Your New Job
The successfully appointed Accounts Assistant will support the companies the Management Accountant with preparation of accruals and prepayments, balance sheet accounts and processing intercompany transactions. As Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for analysing and investigating P&L variances and managing aged debt, cash reconciliation, post and process journal entries and ensuring that the business transactions are recorded. Whilst managing the financial data through the companies systems and assisting with general ad-hock administrative duties as required.
Your Experience & Our Requirements
Our Client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Accounts Assistant, with at least three years’ relevant experience. You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise your work load, excellent organisational skills, and effective and professional communicate manner. The successful Accounts Assistant should be proficient in Microsoft office packages, intermediate Excel skills and have experience of SAP / Sage.
