Semi Senior

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting an experienced Semi Senior for a well established practice based in Sheffield. Close to the motorway they are commutable from Rotherham, Worksop and Doncaster.

THE JOB:

The main purpose of the role is to support the Manager and duties will include:

Responsible for own allocation of limited company clients
Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Client Bookkeeping which will include working at client premises
Preparing corporate and personal tax returns
Preparation of VAT returns

THE PERSON:

Previous experience working within a firm of accountants is essential
The successful candidate will be studying towards a professional qualification
Working knowledge of Sage and Quickbooks accounting software will also be a distinct advantage
