My client is a leading Facilities Management & Outsourced Services business with a strong reputation in the sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Financial Manager.
Within the role you be responsible for managing the reporting team to ensure timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts, forecasts and board packs. You will also be responsible for all statutory compliance, reviewing and approving all payment runs, cash flow forecasting and management and recruiting and training of team members.
To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record within a financial management role. Strong accounting experience is essential as are excellent communication and influencing skills. Excellent people management skills are also required.
