SF Group are recruiting for a Senior Compliance Auditor for our Birmingham based client on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivering and developing work programmes around financial information reporting on a risk based approach and uphold compliance of the organisation. You will also develop risk based control and ensure financial controls are in place to safeguard the organisation.
Ideally you will have proven experience in audit and governance ideally in a regulatory environment. Furthermore, you will have a good understanding of external audit and possess strong experience in financial auditing with awareness of financial reporting standards. You will proven in understanding complex issues and be an effective business partner who can forge relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
As the ideal candidate, you will be qualified (ACA/CIMA/ICAEW) or working towards it. Strong experience in financial auditing will put you in good stead and strong experience in audit and governance is preferred. Developing risk control compliance and financial reporting will put you in good stead.
