Finance Business Partner - Financial Services

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner in Leeds for a financial services business with a global customer base.

This is a newly created role working closely with the Head of Finance to manage financial production, modelling, reporting and strategic plans. The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing finance business partnering to key non-finance stakeholders across the business, with a primary focus on IT projects, organisational design and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

-Support changes and developments within the IT function as a whole, such as any centralisation of functions and processes.
-Responsible for all aspects of the financial production & reporting of the IT numbers across the business including IT initiatives and projects.
-You will be liaising with senior stakeholders, representing finance at meetings, working with Business Units to understand the make up of their own IT functions in order that you can incorporate them in IT reporting where required.
-As part of this role, you will help to identify and achieve cost savings within the IT budget and develop a suite of IT financial MI that will assist decision makers.


Elevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the
following skills and experiences:

-A background in Financial services and exposure to driving change.
-Strong analytical skills, able to model and assess a range of complex scenarios and outcomes.
-Ability and confidence to influence and provide challenge to the business, driving change where required.
-Experience of business partnering in a project environment liaising with non-finance stakeholders.
-Ability to drive change and work autonomously.
-ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified.
