Senior Management Accountant

They provide a range of innovative solutions and work closely with a number of high profile customers to deliver first class products to the UK market.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the role of Senior Management Accountant will provide a pivotal game-changing service to individual commercial and operational senior managers and their teams, across the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Business partnering to the Commercial and Operational functions, contributing to decision making and evaluation of performance.
- Reporting and evaluation of key business metrics to highlight and address adverse variances that are impacting performance.
- Being a key member of the “Continuous Improvement Plan” team, generating ideas as well as contributing to other team members’ ideas.
- Providing financial support on specific projects along with the evaluation, monitoring and reporting of the overall continuous improvement plan business objective.
- Managing stock control as well as stock management policies and procedures.
- Evaluation of capital investment opportunities and post investment appraisal.
- Product Margin analysis and evaluation.
- Supporting ERP system implementation and development as required.
Candidate specification:
- Qualified accountant - ACMA, ACCA, ACA.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Ideally have worked in a manufacturing environment with some exposure to ERP systems.
- A high energy individual with a hands-on, proactive and solution oriented approach.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- High levels of commercial acumen.
