This small HNWI / Private Office in London has a number of overseas investments and is seeking a stable experienced Accountant as its CFO / Finance Director.
This hands-on role will involve:
- Manage holding company and group overheads
- Statutory accounting and statutory reporting
- Overseeing bookkeeping from overseas accountants
- Management of cash flows and funding
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly management reports and accounts
- Accounting for various personal investments
- Liaison with external auditors, banks and lawyers
- Oversee one junior accounts assistant
The role requires an experienced qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA) although an accountant qualified by experience from a small family office or private investment business may be considered.
