We are looking for a payroll & expenses administrator to join a creative brand agency based in central London. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for delivering payroll services to employees as a dynamic team of two.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support and cover for the Payroll Manager
- Managing the accurate and timely payment of salaries and payments
- Responsible for ensuring all statuary and voluntary payroll deductions are paid to appropriate bodes in timely manner.
- Complete monthly journals, payroll ledger reconciliations and accurate reporting of data.
- Reconciling and preparing journals for petty cash and foreign currency accounts.
- Maintaining the daily cash balances spreadsheet.
Key skills:
- Relevant payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Capable of establishing good working relationships internally & externally
