Head of FP&A

This global, consultancy business has grown rapidly through acquisition.  The Finance Director of this impressive business is now in the market for an ambitious Senior FP&A Manager to support the strategy of this dynamic business.

Scope of the role: 

• Enhance finance business partnering philosophy throughout the finance team to provide a high quality service to key stakeholders across EMEA and improve decision making capability 
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting across a fast-paced, complex business 
• Assist the CFO and exec team with M&A and strategic projects 
• Commercial analysis on new business cases working cross-functionally with sales and operations to achieve strategic objectives
• Drive projects to improve efficiency and ensure profit improvement plans are achieved
• Providing business partnering support and challenge to regional General Managers across the business
