SF Group are seeking candidates for a interim Project Accountant vacancy for our Birmingham based Public Sector client.
You main remit will be ensuring that capital projects are controlled and managed to deliver the agreed target cost and cash projections, whilst mitigating business risk and undue commercial exposure. There will be particular emphasis on the recording and management of cost, variances, change in operational cost control on a range of projects. Part of this role will also see you manage the procurement process around the supply of materials for city-wide infrastructure construction projects.
Experience of Agresso and a background within the Public Sector are highly desirable. Capital accounting experience would be advantageous and non-finance stakeholder management skills are a must. Our client is seeking Qualified Accountants only.
