You will be working for a well-known company in High Wycombe as a Finance Analyst for a key role in the finance team.

Your new role

You will be a finance analyst, being responsible for analysing certain central costs from head office. You will be responsible for reporting monthly and quarterly on central costs such as payroll, benefits and recruitment costs. You will be a key member of the team to help improve processes across finance, support the implementation of new processes, prepare monthly accounts as well as the preparation of schedules reports and analysis for month end as instructed by the commercial finance team. You will be working closely with the group finance team, reporting to members of the finance team, Human resources and external directors.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked in an analytical position before and be looking for the next step in your career. This role with have many sole responsibilities and therefore you will be able to hit the ground running in this position, be able to work well on your own initiative, and be confident to make processes the most efficient they can be in order to complete month end reports in the most timely manner. You will be actively studying towards a finance qualification.
