Associate Investment Director - Private Equity

This international private equity house is a high profile investor in the mid-market. It has a reputation for a collegiate investment style and supportive approach with management, contributing greatly to the investee companies' successes. Continued investment success has led to a further opening for an associate director.

As an associate investment director you will perform the full investment cycle from deal origination to completion. Part of this role is business development, driving new opportunities in to the business through proactive market approaches and building exceptional relationships with advisors and intermediaries. The ideal candidate will have extensive market facing experience as either a transactional advisor for a major firm of accountants or investment bank, experience such as corporate finance, M&A, corporate recovery or transaction services / due diligence - or have recent private equity investment and deal origination experience for a mid-market p. house. You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant - ACA, CA or ACCA - with previous or current large firm professional practice experience.
