Finance Business Partner

We are currently working with a multi-site manufacturing business as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner in Mid-Kent. This well-known business has lots of opportunity for development and this FBP role will be critical in guiding this business towards the growth they are looking to achieve.

Key duties will include:

• Financial evaluation of proposed projects
• Post project analysis and evaluation
• Margin analysis/reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting of operational variances
• Develop good relationships with the Management team
• Prepare and implement short term and medium term cost reduction plans, capacity improvement and revenue enhancing plans
• Produce budgets, forecasts, and capex plans and work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure that all information is accurate and relevant

The right candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in commercial business partnering roles in an FMCG/ manufacturing environment.  This role would be ideal for someone looking to develop their career further as for the right candidate, there will be considerable opportunities to progress within the business.
